We are a Dynamic Running Group. Our training is based in Nutgrove near Marlay Park, Dublin 14 & 16. All are welcome from beginner to advance level. We train on Monday and Thursday 7pm.  Our training includes; running techniques, drills, speed sessions/intervals, hills and many other necessary aspects for running are looked after.  Park runs have also been an integral part of our training as we encourage our runners to take part in park runs to improve their fitness level.
